To avoid course cancellations, students must complete registration by making payment arrangements with the Business Office by the deadline indicated in the "Completion of Registration" section.  Payment arrangements are made by performing any one of the following: paying in full, paying a down payment equal to or greater than, 10% of the tuition cost, processing a financial aid deferment/receipt of Financial Aid Award; submitting a third-party billing agreement; or submitting an employee tuition remission authorization.  Payment is required on costs not covered by third-party billing agreement or tuition remission authorizations.  Employee tuition remission authorizations will not be accepted after August 14, 2008.  All accounts not paid in full by September 5, 2008, will automatically be placed on a payment plan and will incur a one-time per semester installment plan fee of $14.00.  Outstanding semester debt as of September 5, 2008 semester will be divided into four equal payments due on September 19, 2008, October 20, 2008, November 20, 2008, and December 19, 2008.
