Mission

The mission of Adult Education is to cultivate life-long learning and strengthening the quality of life through educational and career preparation for members of the Southeast New Mexico community.

Our Goal and Vision

Adult Education prides itself in providing effective programs in GED® and High School Equivalency (HSE) preparation and courses in English as a Second Language (ESL) and “opening doors” to opportunities and student success.

In collaboration with New Mexico State University Carlsbad, Adult Education serves as a bridge to academic and vocational programs offered on campus and statewide post-secondary education.
